Martin began his career in 2002 at J W Pickles & Co where he trained in both accounts and audit for 5 years whilst also obtaining his AAT qualification. After 2 years in business Martin had been promoted to Group Financial Accountant before leaving to join as a partner in Gilbert Finance & Accounting LLP.
